Luigi Dato, DMCP

Luigi, ardent New York Giant fan and native New Yorker, brings nearly 12 years of experience to the hospitality field. Prior to joining the New York office, Luigi was the Senior Sales Manager at a NYC dinner cruise line, where he was responsible for managing both domestic and international sales. Over the years, Luigi has been a key component to the success on numerous programs, from planning events at some of NYC’s most iconic venues to coordinating transportation for a group of 2,500 guests. He is married to Lauren Dato and is the very proud father of their daughters, Olivia and Alessandra.

Greg Byrnes

Regional Sales Manager

Greg’s background stems from his love for travel, people and global exploration. After studying International Tourism in Switzerland, Greg moved back to the US and has been working in the hospitality, tourism and business events industry now for 10 years. Greg is a proud Cleveland, Ohio native but is currently an “official” New Yorker having lived in Manhattan for a decade with his wife and son. Greg volunteers with SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence) as the Senior Advisor to the board for the Northeast Chapter and was president in 2018. Greg also serves on the Tomorrow’s Leaders team for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. When not working or volunteering, you can find Greg running in Central Park, hanging out with his family or eating his way through NYC’s 25,000 restaurants!

Lauren Dato

Regional Director of Event Production, Northeast

Lauren Dato hails from Brooklyn and went to the same high school as David Geffen and the Three Stooges! She received her BA in Theater Production from CUNY Brooklyn College and worked as an Off-Broadway Stage Manager before joining the New York team in 2003. Lauren honed her knack for creativity, organization and attention to detail into her long standing diverse career. As an essential part of the PRA team with over 15 years of operations experience, Lauren's skills and positive attitude, not to mention sense of humor, have proved critical to the success of a variety of award winning events for a multitude of clients.

Becky Nadeau

Senior Experience Designer

Becky is from Massachusetts and was introduced into the hospitality industry at a young age. With a chef as a father, she grew up in the kitchen and planning clam bakes with the family catering business. After graduating with a degree in Hospitality at the University of Massachusetts, she packed her bags and moved to California. There she started working at a local DMC and fell in love with the ability to be creative in a fast paced environment. Being a true East Coast girl at heart, the sunny skies could not keep her away and she returned to the east coast to New York City.

Jessica Oliva

Experience Designer

Jessica Oliva is a native New Yorker, having grown up in Brooklyn. She received her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education with a minor in art. When faced with a career crossroad, Jessica took a chance to work in the events department at a popular NYC restaurant. She quickly fell in love with the high energy, creative, fast paced hospitality industry! After working behind the scenes for an upscale restaurant, Jessica moved on to a private club in the Financial District where she handled both weddings and corporate clients. It was after a few years that Jessica decided she wanted to see more of NY and be a part of larger events when she sought out and landed her role at PRA. Jessica’s creative mindset and attention to detail make her an essential part of the Northeast team!

Samantha Lazur

Experience Designer

Samantha Lazur is a 2019 graduate from the University of Delaware with a degree in Hospitality Business Management. She has always had a passion for event planning and the hospitality industry, which is why she chose this career path. Samantha is personable and outgoing and loves to seek out fun and exciting things to do in cities throughout the world making her an ideal brain for an Experience Designer! When Samantha isn’t finding the best options for her clients, she is exploring new areas of New York, traveling or being active outdoors. She is also a certified Level 1 Wine Sommelier and has her New York Real Estate License.

Alanna Conte

Event Producer

Alanna Conte was born and raised in a big family just across the river in the suburbs of Union County New Jersey. Alanna earned her BA in Business Administration at Neumann University in Pennsylvania. She found her way back to the tri-state area after college and fulfilled her lifelong dream of living and working in New York City. Salvatore De Caro

Event Producer

Salvatore was born in a small town in Sicily and moved to the Big Apple when he was 5 years old. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from CUNY Brooklyn College. Sal brings over 13 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry working at various nightlife venues in New York City, dealing with high level VIP clients. He is fluent in both Italian and English.
