Heather Tofson, CSEP, DMCP

Regional General Manager of Colorado

Heather has been with PRA since 2006 and has had the opportunity to work from the ground up, which has been instrumental in her success selling and executing the ultimate group experiences for clients visiting from around the World. She began her career with PRA in the Northern California office and now has the pleasure of overseeing Colorado.

Her passion for the events industry is apparent in her award-winning client events, past Presidency of the ILEA-NCC chapter and active involvement in FICP, MPI, SITE and PRA Committees. Outside of the office she enjoys exploring all that Colorado has to offer with her husband, Tyler, sons Briggs and Jack and dog, Finley.

Jessica Reisfelt

Director of Business Development

Jessica Reisfelt has a true passion for curating unique experiences and making ideas become a reality. In 2011, she began her PRA career in our Northern California office before relocating to the beautiful Rocky Mountain Region! Throughout the years, she has produced award-winning events for Fortune 500 companies, high-touch incentive groups, and city-wide conferences - giving her a well-rounded perspective of every client’s unique needs. As Director of Business Development, she specializes in customer service that nurtures positive, productive relationships with clients. Jessica maintains a big picture philosophy, but keeps a critical eye on the details. Her experience and vision to lead the team to produce events that are memorable and exceed expectations.

Bobbi Glenn

Senior Experience Designer

Bobbi Glenn joined PRA in 2014 and has since moved into the role of Senior Regional Event Producer. For over 10 years, Bobbi has been actively involved in the DMC industry, with combined experience in both office and program coordination. She is responsible for managing large full-service programs in Colorado, creating one of a kind experiences for her clients. As a Colorado native, her love and appreciation for the Colorado destination abounds. Her combined industry experience and local knowledge makes her a highly valued member of the Colorado account management team. Bobbi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Colorado. She is an avid athlete and outdoor enthusiast and can usually be found enjoying time with her family snowboarding, hiking or playing volleyball.

Aspen Krajewski

Regional Director of Events

Aspen joined PRA as an Account Manager for the Hawaii office in 2015. During her time in the aloha state, she held titles and responsibilities in sales, experience design and event management. After a great three years, she decided to trade-in her surfboard for snow skis and relocate to Colorado. As Regional Director of Events, she is responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for large full-service programs.

Aspen began her event planning career at Texas Tech University while working towards a degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management, and comes to PRA with 12 years of event planning experience.  In her free time, Aspen and her husband enjoy being tourists in their own town, exploring the best restaurants, breweries, hiking trails and locals-only spots that make Colorado such a unique destination.

Kelsey Henaman (Bemus)

Senior Event Producer

Kelsey Henaman joined the PRA team in 2018 and today, is a Senior Event Producer. Her background was a long and successful career as a Meeting Event Manager for a major corporate travel company which allowed her to travel around the country planning events. She worked hand and hand with destination management companies to flawlessly execute programs, which led to her interest in PRA. When not working, she enjoys exploring the city and mountains, getting together with friends and spending time with her dog, Lou.

Kelsey graduated from Wartburg College in Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Multimedia Journalism.

Kasi Dwyer

Event Producer

As a Colorado Springs native, Kasi loves creating amazing programs and events for those wanting the true Colorado experience. Kasi began her event planning career during her time as a student at Colorado College, followed by 7 years of planning fundraising and educational events for nonprofit organizations. In her free time, Kasi enjoys camping and exploring local hot spots with her husband, daughter, and dogs.

Katie Johnson

Event Producer

Katie joined the PRA team in 2018 as an Event Coordinator and was quickly promoted to an Event Producer. Prior to PRA, she worked at The Broadmoor Hotel in the events department, providing her intimate knowledge of the property. Operations is her passion – she loves producing memories that will last a lifetime for her clients and event attendees. She takes great pride in continuing to learn from the people around her and has a strong ambition to succeed. Katie is a Colorado Springs native and enjoys spending time with family and friends in her down time. She loves to experience Colorado’s endless outdoor activities, as well as check out the new trendy restaurants, breweries and distilleries.

Michael Costa

Senior Vice President, Business Operations

Michael brings more than twenty years of experience in executive management to the PRA team. In his role as Senior Vice President, Business Operations, Michael is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to support company initiatives, while creating synergies and leverage opportunities throughout the PRA system.
