Experience Designer

A double threat, Sydney Bedford works with our Dallas team as an Experience Designer and also sits on the Strategic Accounts Team where her skills can be put to use anywhere our clients travel. Texas raised, Sydney found her passion for corporate events early, attending Texas A&M University and earning her Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Event Management. (Whoop!) Her love for Dallas/Fort Worth allows her to create unique experiences, all while focusing on valuable relationships. In her spare time, you can find her cheering on the Dallas Stars, traveling with friends and family, or cooking her latest find on Pinterest.

Lindsay Goneau, DMCP

Strategic Account Manager

Lindsay has always had a passion for event planning and creating extraordinary experiences. Her hospitality background ranges from a degree in Hospitality & Tourism to positions in hotels to fundraising and development to non-profit and association organizations. Destination Management is, by far, her favorite part of the industry. She joined PRA New England in 2008 and has had the opportunity to work from the ground up. Currently, as the Director of Events she assists clients in designing that perfect, quintessential New England experience. Her team operates programs in Boston, Cape Cod, Newport, Providence, Portland, Stowe and many more cities in New England. To Lindsay, events are like a giant puzzle and the best part of her job is seeing the finished product.

When Lindsay is not working she enjoys going to the park or beach wit her dog, Zoey, checking out a Red Sox Game or a Concert at Fenway Park and exploring New England. She also loves traveling – bucket list destinations include Santorini, the Galapagos, Dublin and Iceland!

Sarah Howard, DMCP

Senior Event Producer

Although born and raised in Houston, Texas, Sarah made her way to New Orleans as quickly as she could. She attended Loyola University New Orleans, graduating Cum Laude in 2008 with a B.A. in Marketing. Not every moment, however, was spent studying — Sarah was a captain of the Wolfpack Volleyball team, served as Vice President of Theta Phi Alpha, and fell in love with the city of New Orleans. After graduation, Sarah returned to her roots in Texas to start her career in event planning and marketing. She worked for an event planning, association management, and destination management company working with both non-profit and corporate clients and gaining varied experience in the hospitality industry, ranging from coordinating a stop for the MS 150 to executing the award-winning Australian American Chamber of Commerce’s Australia Week. Having developed a strong foundation in event planning, marketing and management, Sarah jumped at the chance to move back to the city she loves and to join the PRA New Orleans team.

Sarah’s first love is Kentucky Basketball and never misses a game if possible. In her free time, she is typically found watching a sporting event, reading a mystery book, watching Criminal Minds, or enjoying the latest movie. Her second love is her puppy, Weezy, and can also be found at the closest dog park.

Sam Gabrielson

Senior Event Producer

Sam Gabrielson is a Senior Event Producer whose logistical and operational expertise were so valued, he was promoted to double duty on our Strategic Account team. Now, his skills are used anywhere PRA's clients want to host their corporate event or incentive program.

Originally from Milwaukee, Sam learned what Boston was all about while attending Stonehill College when the Red Sox finally reversed the curse in 2004. He has since embraced this city and its diversity. Blending his cabinetmaking background and the newfound event industry in the Boston area, he began work as the lead fabricator and designer for a local décor company. While there, he designed and built custom furniture and décor as well as managed large event installations. Later, Sam started his own boutique design and décor firm. For years, he filled the void in the Boston market for a handful of unique event planners and their custom décor needs. In 2012, Sam began as a freelance Operations Manager for PRA in his spare time and has since earned the title of Senior Event Producer. He brings a hands-on, creative way of looking at events as well as his problem solving skills to the New England team. While away from work, Sam enjoys making beautiful hats out of wood, soaking in the sports culture of the city and searching for the hidden gems of New England with his wife, Michele.

Ali Lemas

Strategic Account Manager

Ali joined PRA in 2010 working in the Southern California offices in both sales and events.  In 2016, Ali switched gears and joined Headquarters as a Manager of Quality Assurance and Business Development focusing on all system training and development.  During the summer of 2018, Ali joined the Strategic Account Team to focus on her passion for operations and is excited for the opportunity to deliver our brand and operating procedures in any destination.

Michael Costa

Senior Vice President, Business Operations

Michael brings more than twenty years of experience in executive management to the PRA team. In his role as Senior Vice President, Business Operations, Michael is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to support company initiatives, while creating synergies and leverage opportunities throughout the PRA system.
