Mike is a 25-year industry veteran with deep experience across the business event management landscape in both the production and operations areas of business events.
Mike has served as an executive team leader of PRA since 2017, leading all business operations, including 28 office locations in North America. He has been instrumental in driving strategic alignment and consistency in PRA’s growth over the last two years.
Prior to joining PRA, Mike served as Vice President of Operations for PSAV Presentation Services, a global provider of event technology services where he developed key strategies and best practices in support of PSAV’s business growth
Mike earned a BA from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
Greg is an accomplished financial executive with a proven track record of leading companies to achieve financial growth. He is a strategic leader with a passion for quickly assessing performance drivers and working collaboratively to achieve organizational objectives.
Greg comes to PRA from InProduction, Inc. where he most recently served in the role of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his role at InProduction, Greg worked across several industries, including hospitality, professional services and technology.
Greg has his MBA, Finance from DePaul University and undergraduate work from University of Cincinnati. He and his family reside in the Chicago area and he will work out of our Chicago office.
Bringing 20 years of global sales leadership from the hospitality and business event management sectors to the organization, Laurie joined PRA in 2017 as the EVP of Global Sales and Marketing.
Laurie has extensive experience building, managing and leading high-performance sales teams in competitive markets.
Laurie earned a BS in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
Coming to PRA in 2018 most recently from luxury design house HOLLY HUNT, Sara brought a rich understanding of the same type of entrepreneurial spirit, quality expectations and client focus upon which PRA has thrived through the years.
Sara earned an MA in Psychology from Northwestern University and completed her undergraduate course of study with a BS in Psychology, Sociology and Anthropology from Albion College.
Hillary Smith, CMP, CSEP, is known as the go-to for creative concepts and impromptu ideas. Her contagious energy and ability to truly understand her clients, audience and objective has allowed her to become one of the most well-respected and sought-after event professionals in the industry. Hillary attributes her success to always being honest, genuinely loving what she does, and staying true to her roots. A native from St. Louis, MO, her Midwestern work ethic along with her tireless persistence and dedication makes her a powerhouse and true extension of her client’s brand.
Hillary is a multi-published industry expert and received a feature spread in Think magazine’s 2014 “Young Entrepreneurs” issue. As a leader in her community she was also named a board member of the “Broward Pulse Committee” in 2014. Hillary has received numerous awards and recognition including Smart Meetings Magazine’s 2017 “Smart Women in Meetings: Entrepreneur,” South Florida Business Journal’s “2016 Up & Comer” nominee, MPI South Florida chapter’s “Planner of the Year 2013-2014,” Collaborate magazine’s 2013 “40 Under 40,” a Finalist in the 2008 Event Solutions Spotlight Award for “Event Planner of the Year East” and in 2007, Smith was recognized as a BizBash“Planner of the Year.”
Mark joined the PRA leadership team at the time of the company’s acquisition of One Smooth Stone in late 2018. Mark has been with OSS since 2000, coming from SmithBucklin, where he was Director of the Tradeshow Division.
Mark’s hands-on approach to strategic and creative messaging development, pre-event and on-site event production, and presenter management and coaching and team leadership serves him well as a highly skilled and highly invested relationship manager for the wide variety of clients OSS serves.
Mark earned a BS degree in Communications from Northwestern University and is proud to have served his alma mater as a trustee and past president of the alumni association.
Michael brings more than twenty years of experience in executive management to the PRA team. In his role as Senior Vice President, Business Operations, Michael is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to support company initiatives while creating synergies and leveraging opportunities throughout the PRA system.
Stan is a highly charismatic leader with over 20 years of operations leadership, supply chain development, and project management experience. Leveraging his Six Sigma Black Belt and accountability experience, he has focused on empowering teams for peak performance.
Prior to joining PRA, Stan held senior leadership positions across several industries, with a focus on process improvement and systems deployment. Stan has his degree in Operations Management and Information Systems from Northern Illinois University. He and his family reside in the Tampa Bay area and he will work out of our Chicago office.
Danielle brings a strong management background to PRA with a proven track record in developing and executing corporate and brand identity initiatives within multiple business sectors. Most recently she served as Vice President, Events and Tradeshows for Northstar Travel Group, a leading B-to-B information and marketing solutions company, serving all segments of the travel industry. It was there she managed 20-plus global events, tradeshows and meetings to introduce business strategies, new product segments and additional sponsorship revenue growth drivers. She also participated in merger and acquisitions through new event, talent and channel partner programs.
In this role, Cirami-Gillis will activate PRA strategic partnerships across all PRA service and solution platforms with a primary focus on aggressively forming and expanding hotel partnerships across the markets PRA serves. She will operate as a sales leader, building on strategic relationships that contribute to the overall PRA growth plan, while developing approaches that ensure strategic advancement of key partners.
Courtney Lohmann, CMP, has 20+ years in the industry with a varied background and has grown from an event coordinator to a passionate corporate sustainability and social responsibility expert. Leading with a personal passion that has influenced her professional life, she has put her hope for a more sustainable future into action, becoming a Certified Sustainable Events Professional and currently serving as the past-Chair of the Events Industry Council’s Sustainability Committee.
As Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at PRA, Inc., Courtney is leading the company’s CSR and sustainability programs. This includes internal business operations as well as how PRA is offering options to client’s for their events. She leads the company’s Equity, Diversity + Inclusion Council as well as the Health + Safety task force. Courtney is also a champion of women and children’s rights, notably leading the company’s membership in ECPAT USA (the first DMC to do so), signing of The Code, and training the staff in how to identify the signs of and stop human trafficking.
Courtney has been a speaker at many top conferences including IMEX America, IMEX Frankfurt, IBTM Americas and CMP Conclave. She has co-hosted a MeetingsNet webinar on Food Rescue tips as well as one on designing CSR programs. For Courtney’s work in moving our industry toward more sustainable practices, she was named to BizBash’s Top 1000 People in Events in 2019, Meetings Today 2019 Trend Setters list, BizBash’s Top 500 People in Events in 2018 and was a MeetingsNet 2018 ChangeMaker.
